The show brings together more than 52 thousand professionals in search of novelties in machines and equipment, packaging, products and services for the industrial sector. Professionals from the areas of purchase, industrial, engineering, production and project development from every region of Brazil and more than 30 countries, all brought together in the 4-day event.

Apart from discovering all the novelties that the exhibitors prepare each year to present during the tradeshow, Fispal Tecnologia also brings other attractions for you to deepen and update your professional experience.

In partnership with ITAL (Food Technology Institute), SENAI - SP (National Industrial Apprenticeship Service) and Unicamp (Campinas University of Campinas) Fispal Tecnologia created the Knowledge Center, an area within the fair will provide targeted content to professionals working in the food and beverage industry.

Trends and innovations in ingredients

To meet more comprehensively visitors and industry professionals, Fispal Technology and Ingredient Marketplace, American fair food ingredients recognized worldwide, have teamed up to launch an innovative project in the largest fair in the sector in Latin America: the "IM at Fispal Technology ". The purpose of this project is to present showcases trends in ingredients for the food, beverage, drug and cosmetics.
