Four-Post Screen Printing Machine

Printing head: The screen frame is inserted from operation side (front side) and locked on left and right sides.
Screen frame: Screen frame is mounted on the frame bases which are on the long sides and locked by screws (pneumatic frame lock is optional). The middle section of the screen frame will not sink, so the ink coating can be even to have good printing result. The frame height can be adjusted by sensor according to the thickness of the substrate.
Printing table: Constructed by the aero-purpose aluminum alloy plate with honeycomb style interior, the surface is precisely flattened and coated with hard chromium. Table is with vacuum function and blow regulator.
Safety: The operation side (front side) and rear side have safety sensors and safety plates to ensure safety of the operator.
Protection: Multi-function of protection- The power input lamp flashes and the machine not working when the power connection is wrong or the air pressure has not reached the requirement. With motor protector and control circuit fuse for further protection.
