Automatic PS plate processor for uv-CTP

Processor of SZ-DEV series by computer process control,in which deving,washing(twice),guming and drying be once completed. Unique deving method for PS version,equipped with a special liquid cycle to ensure the real and uniform 
network reduction and also no bubble.
 
1. Computer control the whole positive,suitable for all types of 
    0.15-0.4mm Yin,Y ang PS plates and CTPplate.
2. Use digital techniques for contrasting and brush,can be independent 
    speed CVT .
3. Digital temperature control for clearness between actual and setted 
    temperature,also with alarm and error display function. 
4. Developer filtration system to ensure clear liquid and stable 
    contrasting,so as to extend the usage time and reduce the cleaning 
    workload.
5. Equipped with the precise liquid fill system,to guarantee a stable 
    solution.
6. Twice washing with optional control of gluing,to facilitate another 
    washing,gluing and drying after plate repair operation.
7. Special water saving design,sprays while plate on,and stops while 
    plate off, no need to consume water in whole process.
8. Automatic roller wetting function, to avoid dry while prolonged 
    standby .
9. Self-cleaning features on the plastic roller, avoiding glue solidified 

    while prolonged stop.
