SA 2100S Semi-Automatic Flatbed Die cutting and Creasing Machine with Stripping Station

Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co., Ltd. is a foreign-owned enterprise specialized in the manufacturing of fully and semi automated platen die-cutting machines, foil stamping machines, folder gluers, corrugated peripheral equipment, stitching machines as well as full lines of post-press equipment.  The company was established in 1995 in the city of Shanghai.  We have been the pioneers of manufacturing large size flat bed corrugated converting equipment in China.  In January 2011, the world-renowned leader in the packaging equipment industry, Bobst Group, S.A. in Switzerland acquired a majority share of Shanghai Eterna Machinery, and we became a member of Bobst family.
 
The company is located in the Automotive City of Anting, located in the Jiading District of Shanghai City, with 45,000 square meters of modern manufacturing space.  Presently we have 448 employees and of these 67 are Research and Development staff, or 15% of the total employees.  The company has developed a complete supply chain from research and development, machine tooling, assembly to pre-sale consulting, and sales as well as after-sales service.  After several years of development and engineering we have complete lines of flat bed die-cutting machines, foil stamping machines as well as folder gluing machines in all sizes, with various features to better serve our customers.  Our annual production is more than 350 units of which 40% of them are exported throughout the world.
 
We are concentrating on improving and optimizing die-cutting techniques and technology and operating procedures by combining resources from our European counterparts in the areas of superior technology, research and development capabilities, manufacturing heritage, worldwide marketing, and sales and service networks. We have vastly improved our product design capabilities and standards so that our products can quickly be adopted into international markets.  After only a short period of time, we have become the leader of China’s post press converting equipment manufacturers.

·        Fully automated folding carton die-cutter and foil stamper: 1050/1450
·        Fully automated folding gluing equipment: TA/TB series
