SXZ400 Automatic Book Sewing Machine consists of feeder, sewing unit and electrical control cabinet.
The feeder feeds signatures automatically to sewing unit and sewing unit sews the signatures togeth
er to a sewed book block. The machine is fully closed, features safe and easy operation and low nois
e, equipped with automatic lubrication system and PLC control. With signature spine forming mechanis
m, enabling straight, even spine of sewed of book block. Adopting thin needle and narrow stitch dist
ance for better spine of sewed book block. Two ways of sewing: Parallel stitch (figure 1) and stagge
r stitch (figure 2). In case of thin signatures all the threads of lined up at same position on sign
atures by using normal sewing way, so that threads are overlapped on book spine. When using the way
of stagger stitch, threads are staggered positioned, that makes spine of sewed book block more even
and tighter. With control for thread break, book jam and back-positioned signature.
