ZG 800 calender Roller Machine

Our company produces ZG two-group four rolls calender machine suitable for playing cards production.

The ZG series two group unit super calender mounts the good paper during the powder and polishing process by pressure grips After the machine-presses and rolls the paper,

it achieves its' paper thickness and consistence, the paper surface pore is small, the paper surface is smooth, strengthens paper's elasticity and smoothness.

Note: The ZG series two-group super calender is a single unit super calender's promotion version.

The ZG two-group super calender has some exceptions.

The customer can increase their production output by increasing the function speed, and adding two second rolling.

Working Principle: The paper undergoes extensive heat during the polishing process, the papers internal structure changes (expands with heat and contracts with cold), thus causes paper's thickness, elasticity, smoothness and radiance to change which can affect the papers overall quality and appearance.
