3.Gluing and laminating controlled by double motor and double frequency converter achieve synchronous linear velocity which ensures that base material is not stretched.
4. Gluing compression roller and laminating compression roller adopt pneumatic pressurizing which pressure size can be adjustable.
5. Use scraper blade imported from Switzerland for gluing of anilox roller and scraper swings left and right and to and fro during gumming.
6.Overall length of baking oven is 9m, internal guide roller is arranged in arch-type and is initiatively transmitted by chain.
7.Baking oven adopts electric heating which is divided into three sections of temperature control areas and each section’s temperature is independent and adjustable.
8.Operation of pneumatic-type baking oven cover and film-threading operating platform is secure and simple and convenient.
