Semi-automatic Die-cutting and Creasing Machine is a special equipment suitable for high-grade color boxes and cartons. It uses high-strength gripper which casters to various types of cardboard or corrugated sheet. The four direction lays ensure the precision of die-cutting. It is also equipped with high-precision intermittent mechanism, prompt action pneumatic clutch and locking version. Programmable controller and man-machine interface will display the operating speed of machine, number of sheets processed and total running time; meanwhile the malfunctions of the machine will be shown when it happens to facilitate the diagnose and elimination. It also uses frequency inverter system to control the main motor for stepless speed change. The machine has sensors and safety devices to protect the operator’s safety. The front and back pressure can be adjusted individually, and easy to control. This machine also has the function of the non-gripper space die-cutting model.
