HPSZ 320 Automatic Ampoule Bottle Printing and Packing Production Line

One、This production line can realize automatic tray production, automatic tray queuing, automatic ampoule printing, automatic feeding of printed ampoule bottles into queued trays and automatic feeding of ampoule bottle fed trays and leaflets into cartons and do embossing on sealed cartons. In the entire process, we can make sure that trays and ampoule bottles will not experience secondary pollution, and work labour can be saved a lot.

Two、Technical characters
1. DPB-320 model blister tray forming machine can achieve automatic tray production of various specifications of ampoule bottles
2. HL-AA-P automatic printing machine can achieve high speed printing and save labor with horizontal ampoule bottle feeding
3. ZHJ-120 automatic cartoning machine can be applied to various specifications of cartons
4. Many sets of servo motor and sensor linkage achieve high speed synchronization of the production line.
