The Rewinding Inspection System for Label VDP supports inspection on printing quality and various variable data and label image saving of printed labels. High-speed line scan cameras are employed so that defects such as wrong code, repeated code, code missing and code damage can be detected in a real-time manner. When the defects are detected, the inspection system alarms with sound and light and can respond with different approaches such as changing labels by halting the machine, changing labels by reviewing machine and labeling or stenciling according to production techniques to avoid production accidents and improve production efficiency. |

■ Three inspection modes are supported for variable data of barcodes and 2D codes: ♦ Alignment inspection: after importing the code data, the data of every label are compared according to the data alignment rule. Defects such as repeated code, wrong code, code missing and code damage are supported. ♦ Subordinate inspection: after importing the code data, only inspect the code to decide if it belongs to the data imported without strict alignment. Defects such as repeated code, wrong code, code missing and code damage are supported. ♦ Readability inspection: only determine if the code is readable without importing the code data. Repeated code and unreadable code are reported. ■ Full support for various code distributions to inspect most of the current complicated code distributions by Daheng’s unique code distribution module ■ Fast saving for Images of specific anti-counterfeiting area in batches with adjustable compression rate ■ Accepted product data able to be recorded and exported to provide to customers ■ Choose between different waste handling methods according to the characteristics of waste handling before and after rejection of roll material die-cutting ♦ Mode A (Inline Label Changing): Slowly move the label waiting to be rejected to the operating table for changing by human hands during the inspection ♦ Mode B (Label Changing by Reviewing Machine): Defected labels recorded without stopping tha machine and handled by human hands with the help of reviewing machine ♦ Mode C (Offline Label changing after Inspection): Defect report generated after winding without stopping the machine during the inspection to reject defected products according to their page or row number ■ One rewinding inspection machine can be paired with multiple reviewing machines to achieve waste label changing without stopping the machine during the inspection ■ Real-time storage for inspection data to ease future query |
