MZ100 Area Array Inspection System for VDP

Introduction

The Area Array Inspection System for VDP supports installation on various platforms like flat sheet code printing machines and offline inspection machines. High-speed area array cameras are employed to acquire images of variable data so that defects such as repeated code, wrong code, code missing and code damage can be detected in a real-time manner. When the defects are detected, for the web products, the inspection system is able to control the rejection and labeling module to handle wastes or give the stop signal; for the single sheet products, the inspection system is able to give the rejection signal and alarm with sound and light at the same time to avoid production accidents.
