Feature:
Good adhesion performance; high transparency without changing the original color; low cost;
Available on lamination of paper printing in replacement of oil-based glues
Process:
1. Coating weight should be determined by the smoothness of product to be laminated, thickness of the ink and adhesion.
10g/m2 is usually applied for thin paper of light color while more adhesive (normally 10g/m2)
should be used for paper of rough surface or thick ink, or thick paper;
2. It is not required to heat the adhesive at ambient temperature unless the temperature is below 4鈩?/span>;
3. Pressure of lamination roller should be more than 0.7MPa.
Precautions:
1. Keep the gluing roller clean before use; the adhesive should not be mixed with other glues;
2. Downtime for roll/film changing should not last too long in case of the adhesive turns dry and hard on the roller;
3. Seal the adhesive container for storage to prevent from surface crust.
Package, Storage and Transportation:
50kg plastic drum; temperature for storage and transportation should be above 5 to prevent from freezing.
Protect from high temperature in case of gelling.
