1. Load material: Electric roll material loading, which is easy and fast. The two rubber covered rollers are controlled by Traction Motor, so it’s very easy to make paper go forward automatically.
2. Feed material: the photoelectric eye tracking system assures the synchronization of material feeding and die-cutting speed.
3. Automatically fold and flatten the cornering materials at the paper core. It realized the multistage adjustment of the folding degree. No matter how bent the product is, it can be flatten or refolded towards other directions.
4. Correction Unit: This device is controlled by Motor, which can fix and adjust the paper in a correct position. (left o right)
5. It can die-cut according to the printed words and figures or simply die-cut without them. The coordination between stepping motor and photoelectric eye which can identify colors assures the perfectly fit of the die-cutting position and figures. Simply set the feed length through the micro-computer controller to die-cut the products without words and figures.
Straight League Transmission: High precision reducer ±0.1mm, to ensure feed accuracy. And Servo drive, easy to operate.
6. Die-cutting area: 1070mm*610mm. (it can also be tailored according to the customers’ requirements)
7. Maximum die-cutting speed can be up to 6000 times/h, which indicates the significant high production efficiency.
8. The die-cutting force is provided by a 11kw inverter motor driver. It is not only power-saving, but also can realize the stepless speed adjustment, especially when coordinate with the extra large flywheel, which make the die-cutting force strong and steady, and the electricity can be further reduced.
Pneumatic Cluth: High quality clutch can reflect rapidly and ensure high security.
9. Adapt flat bed die-cutting mode, and the cutting boards are extremely cheap.
Comparing to other similar die-cutting machines which need extra press cutter to cut the joints, our machine can not only save the cost of press cutters of each machine, but also avoid the troubles of installing and debugging the press cutters, which can magnificently save time. Especially, it can assure better quality of the product appearance when the die-cutting without joints can be realized under many conditions.
And the Chopping Board is made in Germany, and made of NO.65 Manganese Steel.
Die cutting department adopts pneumatic lock version of the device.
10. The oscillating lower cutting board makes the die-cutting process more steady compared to other similar products and magnificently increased the service life of the cutting board. And we have the same structure Worm Gear as the BOBST.
11. System of Oil-Way: When the machine works, oil will be circulated in order to make the machine reduce friction and increase the machine’s service lifetime.
12. Shaftless: there are three sizes 3, 6, 12 inches. It’s a better choice for customers who have different sizes products.
13. The following is the Electrical Configuration. All the electrical original adopt imported brands, in line with the European Union CE standard.
The PLC and Frequency Converter we use is made in Delta. The Delta Company has do a particular program for us, with which we have used stably for more then 8 years.
14. Through micro-computer controller, it realizes automatic calculation, automatic alarm and stop by lot.
Stripping machine part:
There are four motors in stripping machine part: 7.5KW Servo Motor, 3KW Variable Frequency Motor, 1.5KW Gear Reducer Motor, Stepping Motor.
All the electrical original adopt imported brands, in line with the European Union CE standard.
