Scapa Healthcare is a leading strategic outsource partner of choice in the Advanced Wound Care, Consumer Wellness, Medical Device Fixation and Drug Delivery markets.  We have seen and benefitted from healthcare companies increasing their engagement with outsourcing partners who offer a more efficient means of manufacturing their products, an ability to reduce complexity within their supply chain and an enhanced speed to market for new products.  In addition, as the demand for innovation by our healthcare customers has increased, we have sought to offer new technology, developed both internally and via acquisitions.  We have also positioned ourselves for the future by building a portfolio of development projects with both our existing and emerging healthcare companies.

Scapa Industrial operates across a diverse range of market segments throughout Europe, North America and Asia.  Our Engineered Products business model provides solutions to our global customers in the Automotive, Cable and Specialty Products markets with demand driven by approvals, specifications, localisation and technical solutions.  Our Commercial Products business model includes Construction, Consumer and Specialty Products segments, where the market environment is one of shorter lead times within a demand-driven supply chain.  The Industrial business continues to adapt to address the nature and complexity of the supply chain in which we operate. Through continued focus on ROCE, capital allocation and asset optimisation, we look to continue margin progression.
