Balance testing has been done on the cylinders. At the same time, the narrow gap and equal material distributig let them operate smoothly with the lowest impact. The printing cylinder adopts quick plate gripping device and plate point-fixing mechanism. “Printing through the bearers” running model has been dsigned for printing cylinder and blanket cylinder. Pressing cylinder adopts high point gripping. Front lay adjustment adopts eccentric mechanism. All of these ensure good quality of printing. 6、Ethanol Damping Unit Ethanol damping unit is composed of water fountain roller 、water transmission roller、water bunch roller and water form roller. water fountain and water buch rollers are steel rollers, water transmission roller and water form roller are imported PU rollers. The gap and pressure between the rollers is adjusted via worm and eccentric sleeve, There are handles at the side of operation & start-up. There is some speed difference between the rollers, which let the thin water film form on the surface of rollers, so the balance between water and ink can be realized with small amount of water. The printing with advantage of full and fresh ink layer, vivid netting spot、clear level and easy drying. 7、Pushing Mechanism There are 6 cloth adhesive tape on the pushing position to prevent the printing sheet beening bruised. The position-fix pushing head is eccentric, the parallel degree of pushing head at both sides and printing cylinder is adjustable.At the same time, column needle bearing and end face needle bearing assmbled in pushing head to ensure fexible operation and to avoid radial and axial shaking. When printing size change, push the button of size adjustment button , then cylinder and electromagnetic clutch act to move pushing head to the relative position to match your required printing size. Compared with original structure, the working efficiency has been improved a lot. 8、Synchronous Adjustment of Feeder and Printing Unit The feeding phase should be adjusted according to printing size. For traditional structure, it is done through loosen connecting shaft and turn to certain degree then fasten the bolt. You may carry on above-mentioned action for several times to get the right effect which leads to the wasting of time and efficiency. Our company adopts motor mechanism to simplify this processing, operator just need to push “forward” or “backward” button to adjust the feeding phase automatically. This processing also can be done during printing.
9、Electronic Distributing 10、Control of Piling Table The moving-up & moving down of piling table is carried on via team-working of motor、worm wheel and chain. The step action of motor is realized through special clutch and reducer which make piling table have heave carring capacity and avoid the skid. The metal inspecter and double sheet checking device have been assmbled. The piling table stop rising when the metal inspecter sense the metal. The double sheet checking device remove the double sheet when it check the double sheet. The phase of distributing and feeding cylinder suction is can be checked, in this way, the distributing suction cylinder only work at fixed angle to ensure the first metal sheet to be distribute exactly.
11、The Other Accessorial Mechanism Separate mechanism ink route and printing cylinder. If one color printing segment does not take part in printing, it can be departed from printing cylinder free of operation and prevent the rubber roller from abration. After printing, the printed metal plate may be drifted into rubber cylinder. So our company design and add the blowing mechanism to avoid this malfunction. |
