series of products, which are designed for card and label production,
have been put in service in printing enterprises and tag manufacturers

Component parts of machine
Automatic
paper delivery, powder remover, canting-pull side mark, jet-printing
platform, drying system (ink/UV), automatic paper collection. An
additional in-line glazing machine is available upon customer’s request
(see the picture). Ink or UV equipment is optional for inkjet systems.

Paper is easily placed and fed
smoothly with reduced number of jet nozzles by means of lengthwise paper
feed. An auxiliary paper stacking platform
is provided to achieve exclusive uninterrupted automatic paper conveying.
Powder remover
Through powder brushing
with a hair brush and electrostatic hot pressing processes, paper is fed
smoothly without displacement to ensure a good
inkjet effect.
Anti-deviation paper runway
The part positions paper accurately with an extended canting-pull ball side mark.
Vacuum suction platform
Paper is fed smoothly using a vacuum suction platform to ensure that paper in maximum size is jet-printed in it. A reinforced steel plate structure is
used for the firmness of the ink-jet platform. The smooth and flat running of paper is ensured by using a low-noise fan.
UV / IR drying tunnel
With a Teflon fire resistant net, IR power: 9 x 1.2kw; Power of UV light: 3 x 8kw.
Cover for air drying section
A cool air blowing device is added to quickly dry ink.
Automatic paper collector
Pneumatic double-side paper aligning device with a paper counter; unique uninterrupted automatic paper collection

Structural features of paper feed mechanism
1.Paper is fed smoothly
and accurately with a precision printing paper feeder. The uninterrupted
paper pre-stacking mechanism saves time and
labor with high productivity.
2.Double-stage powder removal:
In-depth powder on printed products is effectively removed. Powder is
collected in the powder collection box by a
vacuum fan. This improves the environmental quality of production,
prevents jet nozzles from clogging during jet-printing and extends their
service lift.
3.Canting-pull anti-deviation system (deviation ±0.3mm)
4.The extended jet-printing
platform feeds paper smoothly by means of vacuum suction. 99 percent of
barcodes may reach Class A during high-speed
jet printing. An inline test may be added upon customer’s request.
Ink and UV systems can be currently installed to greatly reduce
customer’s investment.
5.The stepwise UV curing system
consists of three groups of 8kW UV lamps with fast curing and low power.
It is more energy-saving and environmentally
friendly with reduced production costs than similar products.
6.Scrap rejection section: With an
imported cylinder and controlled by a solenoid valve, it features
sensitive and accurate response, low noise and long service life.
7.With shockproof wheels and upper
and lower air blowing system, the advanced paper collecting mechanism
effectively eliminates the inter-scratching of
products, improves rate of finished products, collects paper in order and is easy to operate.
Features of variable digital high-speed jet-printing system family:
The outstanding performance of the high-speed UV inkjet system is as follows:
●Long service life: A Spectra industrial piezoelectric type nozzle and drive system imported from USA are provided. With gold coating on surface,
the all-metal nozzle is the industrial piezoelectric type nozzle with the longest service life on the market.
●High speed: The jet operates 30,000 cycles each second at a maximum printing speed of 150m/min and stable production speed over 65m/min.
It well matches printing processes and greatly improves efficiency and
output. (Stable production refers to that barcodes printed are orderly,
black
and shiny in appearance without good coverage and extended continuous production is possible.)
●High accuracy: Barcodes are printed to a horizontal accuracy of 500DPI and vertical accuracy of 720DPI. The barcodes printed are full, black,
shiny and fine in appearance. The system is very suitable for the
printing of white and gray paperboards. The vertical printing accuracy
is stepless
in adjustment from 180-720, allowing printing of barcodes in different
sizes. High printing accuracy may still be guaranteed in high-speed
printing
mode. Over 99 percent of the barcodes are of Class A.
●Flexible printing: Flexible typesetting modes allow reverse typesetting with reduced paper consumption. Seamless printing on a printing plate is
possible through double-row installation of nozzle assemblies. Direct
coding allows printing of text, pictures, barcodes and other messages.
It
supports a variety of codes including electronic supervision code, FDA
code, one-dimension code and 2-demension code. Different lengths and
formats of supervision codes are supported. All 24mm and 27mm barcodes
may reach Class A. Any supervision codes longer than 30mm are
supported.
●High reliability: The system is provided with a function against coincident codes, which avoids coincident codes from digital sources. The power
failure protection function greatly improves production reliability.
●Low maintenance: Environmentally friendly UV curing ink imported from Europe is used. It does not become dry in air. Without clogging in nozzles,
the maintenance of the machine is very easy with low costs.
Maintenance and cleaning services are provided for the nozzles in
complete service life
without any charge.
●High return: The software provides flexible typesetting modes with reduced paper
consumption and improved productivity. The costs of each barcode
is as low as 2.5 li. Meanwhile UV ink may be used to print all types
of high-end or low-end paper so that long and diverse returns may be
obtained
from investment.
●Easy management: Printing speed, printing time, ink consumption and other information
are automatically displayed in printing while printing data
are refreshed repeatedly. Operators may perform monitoring and control
on a real-time basis. Through the printing software, production
statistics
and production monitoring and control may be performed for multi-level and multi-shift management by printing enterprises.
●Easy expansion: High expandability: The machine is standard with four groups of printing units. Each system may be provided with up to 8 groups
of printing units. Expansion or upgrading is possible for users at any time.
