I. Main Functions and Features:
1. Automatic paper feeder: With an up-to-date feeder, the new glazing machine automatically and continuously feeds paper, ensuring the smooth conveying
of paper in different sizes. The suction air head is controlled by a
rotary valve in simple and reliable structure. The suction nozzle,
hold-down device and cam
are appropriately designed for accurate matching operations and a
emergency stop device and guard boards provided. No adjustment is
required for
changeover between thick and thin paper. A double-sheet detector is
fitted. The paper feeding speed of the feeder is up to 10,000 sheets/hr.
The unique uninterrupted paper feeding unit ensures continuous
production.
2. Powder remover (optional): The glazing machine effectively removes printing dust by means of water before drying paper in the drying tunnel.
3. Glazer handpiece: With special glazing rollers, the
three-roller design is reliable, durable and resistant against water and
oil with consistent oiling
performance. For the new glazing machine, it is possible to change its
adjustment of oiling roller to one-way adjustment for easier operation.
4. Drying tunnel: Through technical improvement, the up-to-date
IR drying system is used in perfect combination with air drying. This
drying mode saves
by more than 35 percent than the traditional IR drying and improves the
productivity of the system. The conveyor subsystem consisting of several
conveyor
belts is redesigned and changed into a Teflon net, which applies to paper in different formats without adjustment of belt.
5. Automatic paper collector: With an air suction belt, the conveying table smoothly conveys paper. The pneumatic double-side paper aligning device
allows orderly and smooth delivery of paper. In addition, the system is
complete with a paper counter, paper carrier suspended by chain,
photoelectric
detector that may automatically descends and an exclusive uninterrupted
paper delivery device with obviously improved efficiency.
6. Up-to-date circuit control: The motor is controlled by means of frequency conversion, which is stable, energy-saving and safe.
