programme according to the requirements of its techics.
Feeder base:
It adopts HMA printer with feeder head design, strengthen type
feeding device , which ensures a accurate paper absorbing and a
smooth paper feeding . It is equipped with constant paper - piling
system, which can fully satisfy the requirement of high efficient
operation.
Substrate Paper Feeding Section:
adopt air - absorbing belt to feed the paper driven by motor , which
corresponds to A/B/E flute three - layer, five - layer corrugated
paper and cardboard and substrate board paper and ensure an accurate
andsmooth feeding.
Micro-tuning Regulator:
Original Nippon micro - tuning phase regulator is combined with timing
para system; it can adjust the sticking error in the Non - stop state
when the machine works in high speed.
Transmission system:
replace the traditional gear chain with imported timing belt , which
can perfectly solve the problems of inaccurate sticking problem aroused
from metal chain abrasion.
Paper Triming and Timing Section:
Adopt the synchronous pushing mode rollers, substrate & litho
rollers will push synchronously the litho paper and substrate paper
into the sticking section, and adjust the gluing precision between
litho andsubstrate paper by micro tuning in the non-stop state.
Glue coating system
Automatic glue - adding device is combined with a run-off glue recycling
system,which can avoid waste of glue . According to the requirement ,
the controlling wheel can be adjusted for control of glue thickness
and can be equipped with special embossing glue roller, which
efficientlysolve the problems of swing and pasting during coating and
save the consumption of glue.
