At present, there are 125 employees in the company, including 39 research and development department members, which is 31% of the total staff.In recent years, the research and development expense has taken up 10% of the sales revenue.Up to now, the area of the research and development is listed as 1500㎡ and standard workshop in manufacturing center is 4500㎡ . There are spare parts processing department, cutting machine assembly department, QC department, etc. (4 manufacturing workshops, 2 assembly workshops, 1 testing and adjusting workshop). There is also a CNC processing center with a group of advanced manufacturing equipment. A sound manufacture system was established and got ISO 9001 certified.
