●Molding is realized by positive pressure type (blast); paper guide mechanism is adopted to facilitate the paper-through.
●Closed type casting wallboard; high strength and small vibration.
●Corrugator roll assembly is set at the lower position, which lowers the center of gravity of corrugating machine and realizes small vibration; quick roll change; the roll change time is as short as 15min.
●Swing-type starching assembly; small vibration, convenient maintenance.
●Automatic washing system function is set above the glue roll.
●Both the corrugator roll and smoothing roll are pressurized by leather bag cylinder, which not only sufficiently guarantees the pressure necessary for molding of corrugated paper, but also improves the vibration resistance of components.
●Giant database can be set for the machine; the starching amount, clearance and pressure of rolls can be automatically adjusted based on the material and speed, realizing intelligent control.
