1. Brief introduction
CT-5000C Type FCL Compression Testing Machine with imported servo motor drive and large size is designed to test the compressive strength and stacking strength of large grade corrugated boxes, calcium-plastic boxes, or packages and containers made of other materials with a compressive strength smaller than 50KN. It is the ideal test instrument for paper, packaging, inspection, research and other departments.

4. Main features
Testing machine used advanced double screw and four guides mechanical structure, it has imported servo motor control technology, high-precision sensor measurement and control technology. And the instrument with the function of automatic date processing, reset and fault diagnosis.
(1) Determination of strength: Measure the maximum pressure of cartons and other boxes
(2) Determination of fixed value: The instrument may make pre-pressure as required and measure whether boxes can achieve pre-compression requirements or not.
(3) Determination of stacking: In accordance with the requirements of national standards, it can do stacking test within 12 hours, 24 hours or other different conditions.
(4) Advanced machine design: Instrument uses double screw and four guiding pillar,they can ensure the high parallelism in upper and lower plate and the stability in high-speed transmission.
(5) Servo motor control: Instrument has accurate positioning and high-speed response by using high-speed, high-precision positioning of imported servo motor control technology. Compression speed is 10mm/min and the return speed is up to 250mm/min (adjustable). In this way, users save test time and increase testing efficiency. At the same time, it provides reliable hardware pledge of accurate measurement for stacking test and cycle pressure test.
(6) Single sensors: The instrument used four high-precision pressure sensors to install under the lower plate and had unique sampling algorithm technology to improve the measuring accuracy.
(7) Testing specifications: Instrument can measure the box of 1.2m×1.2m×1.5m (L×W×H), and the platen stroke is up to 1.5m.
(8) Man-machine integration design: The instrument used modern electro-mechanical integration, liquid crystal display in Chinese and micro-thermal high-speed print.
