Die cutting section

◆ Surface speed compensation system, thissystem can ensure rubber anvil cylinder running at the exact same speed with
the die cylinder when the rubber anvilcylinder's diameter becomes smaller after long time using.
◆ Die cylinder shifts axially(±42mm)whenrunning so that the cutting knives cuts different position every time on therubber
anvil,which can reduce the damage for therubber anvil.
◆ A turning tool on the die cutter canrepair the rubber anvil which is damaged after long time using.
◆ The die cutting phase is controlled byPLC (both in running and stop )and can be stored in the computer.
◆ Self-locking and fast move of feedingwheels, no need to fix it with screws.
