1. Interface display with PLC control. Auto adjusting for the running amount of the heating plates and
pressure, which could ensure the quality and shape of the flute from various thickness.
2. Heating plates are using pressing plates with the size of 600mmX182mm, surface ground and hard
chromed. Amount could be chosen from 8-22 (even only) according to the different plant speed.
Independent crossing steam application.
3. Belt uses the air cylinder for the tension control. Auto or manual adjustment for the web guider.
4. Independent geared box for the driving unit. Frequency motor.
5. Main driving rolls are using the rubber rolls with crown and surface ground, to ensure the running of
the belt and output of the board.
6. Cooling section is using pressing plates (SM-C series are using pressing rolls).
