Innovative Automatic Flexo Printer Rotary Die Cutter Stripping & Counter Ejector (Bottom Printing RINTING)

Feeder Unit: Continuous feeding or skip feeding. The skip feeding function offers the capability for making large sized cartons.  Brush with dustproof device can substantially remove the dust to enhance the printing quality.  The volume of the suction pressure is varied with the device of inverter control to adapt various cardboards.

Printer Unit: Printer unit adopts vacuum transfer, feeding smoothly, to satisfy the high precision printing quality as the customer's request; also the customer's could choice the gear transmission or direct servo driven; Printing phase fixing device adopts cylinder locking system, while the machine is separated or the phase is adjusted, the braking mechanism limits the machine rotation in order to keep the fixed point for the gear position.

Rotary Die Cutter Unit: Anvil cover adopts servo motor structure, with adjustable speed difference compensation function; double servo transmission structure in order to avoid die cutting quality from vibration; die cutting phase could adopt the computerized and electrical digital control.

Auto stripping & counter ejector: On the condition of one sheet in and multimade out,  increasing the stripping function, and with auto counting, the operator could set up the sheets quantity of the small bundle in order to save the labor cost than the manual counting.  Meet the high requirement for food box, enhance the efficiency, which satisfy the market demand under the fast delivery.
