FEEDER UNIT
1. Continuous feeding or skip feeding.
2. The four-shaft lead edge feeder increases suction wind flow in order to make feeding smoothly and accurately.
3. The skip feeding function offers the capability for making large sized cartons.
4. The volume of the suction pressure is varied with the device of inverter control to adapt various cardboards.
5. Brush with dustproof device can substantially remove the dust to enhance the printing quality.
6. The gap adjustment of feeding rubber roll adopts self-locking features with computerized and electric digital control (optional),which guarantee to minimize the crush of the cardboard.
7. Equipped with vacuum suction to improve high-printing quality.
8. The movement of back baffle adopts electric digital control in order to expedite set-up speed.
9. The main motor starts protection device.
PRINTER UNIT
1. There are two devices for your choice: print plate fast mount device and scroll mount device locked tightly on left-right
two sides in order to make mount positioning more accurately.
2. Anilox roll is equipped with one-way bearing, it keeps the same speed as the main machine while this unit is participated
in printing. The independent motor is driving or stopping while the machine stops running.
3. The transverse phase position adopts computerized and electric digital control, control range: ±7mm.
4. The gap adjustment of pressure roll and printing roll adopt the computerized and electric digital control.
5. The gap adjustment of anilox roll adopts computerized and electric digital control.
6. Printing phase fixing device adopts cylinder locking system, while the machine is separated or the phase is adjusted, the braking mechanism limits the machine rotation.
7. Printing phase adjustment adopts the digital control, 360°circular adjustment.
8. Auto reset after cleaning printing plate.
9. Phase adjustment mechanism adopts planet gear device to enable long service life
10. Doctor blade system (optional).
SLOTTER UNIT
1. Slotting phase and carton height adopt PLC and touch screen, adjustment by frequency converter.
2. Slotting phase and carton height adopt the computerized and electric digital control.
3. Phase adjustment mechanism adopts planet gear device to enable long service life.
4. Equipped with auto zero-reset system, there are initial positioning and memory reset functions.
5. Separate pre-creasing roll and creasing roll ensure the accurate scoring carton folding.
6. Moveable center slotting unit fits more flexible carton devices.
7. Upper and lower knife heads adopt screw axle with united movement, which keeping the correct position for
upper and lower knife, and extending the service life of knife.
8. The gap of slotting knife shaft adopts the computerized and electric digital adjustment.
9. The carton height adjustment of slotting knife installs with the crushproof protection device, which will
not damage the machine.
10. The transverse movement of each slotting knife head installs the dual crushproof protection device (electrical & mechanical).
11. The first pre-creasing roll and the second creasing roll are difficult to be damaged after scoring.
12. With central knife movement, which being able to produce large-size two pieces cartons.
13. The shaft is hard-chrome plated with finely polished, which makes long service life and no vibration during movement.
14. Punch design is optional as per customer's request.
ROTARY DIE CUTTER UNIT
1. The rubber roll adopts buckle-type anvil cover, providing convenience for removal, installation and replacement.
2. The shaft of rubber roll can move axially 50mm leftward and rightward with a hydraulic control system. The movement is smooth and steady.
3. Equipped with servo speed difference offsetting device, which can automatically adjust the rotation speed of the anvil
roll in order to keep the same speed for the rubber roll and the die cutting roll.
4. Phase adjustment adopts the planet gear design to enable long service life.
5. Die cutting phase adjustment adopts the computerized and electric digital control.
6. The gap adjustment of anvil roll and die cutting roll adopt the computerized and electric digital control.
7. The gap adjustment of die cutting roll adopts the self-locking system.
