4. The main coating rubber roller has undergone polishing, so generates refined and even effect. Reversion-type coating mode can get excellent effect for the product.
5. The memory type wind-knife system operated by PLC has high sensitivity and is suitable for quick production of printing thin-paper of 80-200 grams.
6. The whole process of paper feeding adopts split-type mighty air-suction system, so the sheet paper does not tend to deviate in position, and the Teflon mesh-tape has the function of automatically rectifying a deviation.
7. The paper output zone has a refrigerating plant, so as to reduce the paper surface temperature after photoche-mical solidification of sheet paper.
8. Its oil supply and oil return pipeline is available in two sets, so it can quickly switch its production from UV to water-type or oily type.
