Usage:
1、Operating temperature is generally controlled between 170℃～190℃ but can not exceed 200℃. Check the temperature regularly. Use directly and systematically laboratory thermometers, metal thermometers, or electrode thermometer. If necessary, readjust it. Because after long hours of work, the thermometer mounted on the machine might give the wrong information.
2、The speed of drawing a line: 12～15M/MIN According to the width of the edge.very low speed may lead to the mistakes.
3、The consumption of hot melt adhesive for sealing: ：80～100G/M
4、Cleaning: Tools can be cleaned with KLEIBERIT281, clean water.
Packaging and Storage: Paper bags, 25KG/bag。Keep them in a cool and dry place. The term of storage is two years.
Note:
1.Opening and solidification time will vary with the temperature at which the adhesive is heated, coating amount, joint time and the strength.
2.The temperature of the melting system is high.Don’t touch it with your hand in order to avoid scald.
3.If you are careless for the glue to drop on the skin,the burnt part should be immediately immersed together with adhesive solution in cold water for at least 15 minutes, and then sent to hospital to be treated.
