YLU Fully Automatic High-Speed UV Spot Varnishing Machine For Thick & Thin Paper adopts imported gripper bars chain feeder that is stable and safe during operation, and could partially / spot varnish paper based on requirement. The receiving roller adopts airflow design that will not leave marks after varnishing and improve the paper quality. The independent motor control UV spreader wheel uses reversal rotation that could remove paper dust and send to oil container for sedimentation. It has dust removing function and easy in oil thickness control. The UV light integrates three lamps in one body and designed with electronic circuit. All lamps will turn on during paper feeding and automatically returns to half turn-on state when there is no paper feeding. Not only the operating life of lamp is extended but also saves electricity. A piece of stainless steel net beneath the lamp helps the burning with protection function. This machine also comes with an additional UV option water-base varnishing for the protection of environment. This is a multi-purpose high performance machine.
