GVM type of gravure table printing ink is made of high quality raw material, produce after special production process and craft, is mainly used in the pictures of four color dot overprint, with the advantages of bright color, good gloss, frost resistance, water resistance, printing eligibility, good adhesion, characterized by slow dry, clear dot overprint, ink film surface color is pure, the surface smooth degree is high, suitable for white film four color solid table printing plastic packaging film printing overprint.

Suitable substrate

1, the uniaxial tensile polypropylene film (OPP) : processing degree more than 38 dyne;

2, two-way stretching polypropylene film (BOPP) : processing degree more than 38 dyne.

3, stretch film, polypropylene film (CPP), processing more than 38 dyne.

4, polyethylene (PE) film, processing more than 38 dyne.

The basic ink

GVM gravure table printing ink basically has the following varieties for customers to choose to use:

06 varnish    13 Four color yellow   39 Magenta 

59 Four color blue   79 Black   82white        

In addition to the above varieties, can allocate the color ink for the customer.

Retarder thinner

When using the Ink printing, should according to plate depth, climate environment, printing speed, print base such as material factors to comprehensive considerate with the appropriate ink diluent, recommended thinner proportion is:

Printing viscosity

white：Zahn cup 2, 12 to 20 seconds / 25 ℃

Color: zahn cup 2, 18 to 22 seconds / 25 ℃

Note: When the situation is layout too big, machine speed slow, should improve the printing ink viscosity; Thinners must mix then added to ink, otherwise it will cause resin precipitation and scrap in ink.

The instructions and the matters needing attention

1, the ink should be stored indoors to avoid sun exposure, should fully stir before use, make ink uniform inside the barrel.

2, If the printing ink storage environment temperature is low, ink may occur frozen gelatinize, can be normal use after thawing.

3, when dilution ink, you must first mix, slowly add under the conditions of stirring, avoiding adding with quick and large number of.

4, this series of all varieties can be mutual blending into the color according to user's requirements, but can not mix with other different kinds of series ink, thus to avoid system miscibility resin precipitation and cannot be used.

5, the table printing ink is plastic gravure printing ink, not a compound, is only suitable for table printing .

6, this series is the slow-drying ink, please note that whether the print is dry or not while printing, then can 

carrying the process of winding and bag making, beware of print appear adhesion; 

7,  this product is not suitable for high-temperature cooking printing and packaging containing fat foods.

8, packing specification: the color ink, 18 kg/barrel, white ink, 20 kg/barrel.

9, shelf life: gold, silver for 3 months, the other is 12 months.
