EV ester soluble composite inks (cooking) belongs to ester soluble polyurethane resin system, using the high-quality raw material, processing through a special produced technology .the product has bright color, freezing resistance and the advantages of excellent print ability ;the products does not contain benzene and ketone solvents, so the printing solvent residue is very low, especially suitable for food packaging and bags printing

1、BOPP:the degree of treatment is over 38 dyne

2、PET:the degree of treatment is over 48 dyne

3、NY:the degree of treatment is over 52 dyne

4、Composite substrate: PE, CPP, film etc.

When using printing ink,we should choose  appropriate diluent ink considering the plate depth, environmental climate, printing speed, printing substrate and other factors;advice for diluent ratio:

Printing viscosity

White: No. 2 cup, 15-20 seconds /25 

Color ink: No. 2 cup, 18-22 seconds /25

Notice:large layout and low-speed machine should improve the ink viscosity printing; diluent must  mix first and then added to the ink, otherwise it will cause the resin of ink in  scrapped after separating.


The instructions and the matters needing attention

1.Ink should be stored in the room to avoid sun exposure, the ink should be fully stirred before use to  make the ink in the barrel uniform.

2.The ink storage environment at low temperature may be frozen into the gel ink,After thawing can be used normally;

3.In the dilution of ink, the diluent must be mixed evenly,adding in the slow stirring condition to avoid large flashing;try to avoid the storage of diluted ink

4.The series of all varieties can be mutual with desired color,but not mix with other types of series of ink , in order to avoid the system that does not dissolve the resin caused by precipitation and can not be used.

5.In the printing process for a longer period of time, it is recommended to make a printing plate in the solvent or Or ink and empty transfer to avoid ink drying in the layout and the screen blockage situation

6.The ink is plastic gravure ink composite only suitable for printing on the surface, can not be used for surface printing;

7.Packaging specifications: color ink, 18KG/ barrels, white ink, 20KG/ barrels

8.Shelf life: gold, silver for 3 months, the other for 12 months;
