Machine application:Honey/Olive Oil Filling Sealing Machine is widely used for the plastic bottle forming, filling and sealing for different kinds of cooking oil and salad oil, such as olive oil, argan oil, coconut oil, vegetable oil, rice bran oil, canola oil, peanut oil, sunflowe seedr oil, tea oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil, palm oil etc. The filling volume can be adjusted and we can design any bottle shape for you.

Performance and feature 

1.High capacity, high speed, high precision, and advanced motion controller. Stepless frequency conversion speed regulation control. Servo motor controls film traction device.

2.Human-machine interface, easy to operate.

3.Automatic unwinding, roll film cutting. It has positive and negative pattern alignment function with photoelectric device. The product is exquisite and beautiful, which meets high standard of packing requirements.

4.It adopts electronic peristaltic pump device and mechanical piston pump control, which has convenient adjustment.

High filling accuracy with suction back function without any dripping.

5.The parts contacting with the medicine adopt high quality stainless steel 316L, and the outer cover of the machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets with GMP standard.

6.As the bottom of the bottle is flat, so it can stand.

During this warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice.(we will also provide one set of spare parts /wear &tear parts to customer along with the shippment of the machine.
