YZHH automatic high-speed prefold folder gluer

YZHH series automatic pre-fold folder gluer belongs to the four-folding equipment and applies to gluing, folding and forming of various boxes. The pre-folded boxes, especially medicine boxes, are easily to open in an automatic packaging machine. As it has features of reasonable structure, strong usability, easy use and fast speed, it is the ideal post-press gluing equipment. With the folder gluer, various boxes can be folded into 180° for the first time and 150° for the third time, and can support 180° forming at the second and fourth folding. Thus, paper boxes can be filled and opened easily. For the folder gluer, main components and parts are imported or domestic famous brands, folding belts are Switzerland’s strong rubber flat belts with long service life (10-20 times that of ordinary belts), electrical accessories are imported, and governors are Taiwan frequency converters with large power, stable performance and not easy to damage, greatly improving the stability and reliability of the product. This series is widely used in packaging boxes of some light industrial products such as medicine boxes, cosmetics boxes, toothpaste boxes, wine bottle boxes, food boxes and gift boxes, and can also be used for gluing micro corrugated boxes of hardware and electrical accessories, preparing small accessories boxes and gluing hotel supplies boxes such as chopsticks paper sets, matchboxes and comb paper sets. After being equipped with pneumatic accessories selectively, it can be used for gluing mail bags, CD boxes, file pockets and silk stockings boxes.
