UV-CY-310 was designed specially for melamine board. It shows fast cure, high hardness, good abrasion and scratch resistance, great adhesion, multicolor and smooth printing. The process has many advantages, such as good environmental protection, high efficiency and so on.

Produce process:
Adding 310# agent → Screen printing(100-350) → IR preheating → UV curing → End
Printing and curing:
The number of screen mesh is advised to be more than 300 during single-color printing. Because the thinner the film is, the better the adhesion is.
For multicolor printing, it is better that the deep-color one is printed first and cured incompletely, then the light-color one is printed following and cured completely.
The varnish and rilievo varnish added with pearl powder should be printed by 100 mesh screen. And the varnish added with gold and aluminium powder should be printed by 300 mesh screen.
The hardness of cured film has something to do with the extent of curing.
Notes:
The ink added with 310# agent should be used up as quickly as possible to avoid waste.
Thinner is not necessary in general. If it is cold and the viscosity of ink becomes large, 3-5 % of UV-306 can be added.
