KICS remote ink control system is a precise digitalized ink control system specially equipped to the printing press. This system applies advanced data sampling and processing mode to precisely control the ink by changing the clearance between the ink blade and the rotating ink duct roller， further to provide the printing machine with integrated automatic color management in this way.

＊ Standard TCP/IP network protocol is adopted in the communication part of central processing unit (CPU) control board, transmission speed is greatly improved, meanwhile provides online remote operation, firmware upgrading, and timely troubleshooting.
＊ The redundance mechanism composed of PC and embedded microprocessor unit ensures uninterrupted printing.
 
＊ Approximate Gaussian Curve is specially established to adjust ink keys. The individual opening of the ink blades is automatically and flexibly varying with the Approximate Gaussian Curve to eliminate the influence of boundary effect and smooth the printing effect.
 
＊ The integration is enhanced. by a human-machine interface which controls the printing machine by ink tracing, water control, and the lateral, circumferential and diagonal registering.
 
＊ Hot-pluggable circuit design. The communication board and the motor driver module are hot-pluggable and interchangeable without stopping printing.  The whole set of ink blades can be manually adjusted so that the operation and maintenance can be carried out with high flexibility.
 
＊ System real-time and on-site monitor, powerful self-diagnosis function. The working status of the motor is clear at a glance and any fault can be eliminated timely and conveniently.
 
Ink Blades Driving Unit
 
＊ The body of ink fountain is made of aviation aluminium material which is long-lasting and durable. The ink blade is made of high-strength special alloy steel, of which the strength and wear resistance is reinforced by special techniques while the loss is reduced.
 
＊ Original structural design of flat ink blades with no cover facilitates cleaning work.
＊ Special TRP techniques are applied to protect each part from deformation and stabilize the operation. The electrical detecting accuracy is 0.25μm, and the mechanical control accuracy is 1μm below.
＊ The standard design of each part facilitates the free optional combination of all parts and can satisfy the user's requirement for different mechanical size.
＊ The modularized product design makes assembly easy by simple plug-in connection. For example the whole process of installing and debugging a 4-color printing machine will be finished within 4 hours.
